Android Developer

A company in the OTT domain provides a Cloud-based product (similar to a streaming service) that enables users to connect to viewing services and enjoy a personalized viewing experience.

The company has over 50 employees in Israel, is experiencing significant growth, and maintains a highly technological focus. Globally, it employs approximately 2,500 people, with 50 located in Israel.

The company is headquartered in Herzliya, near a train station, and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week. Established in 2017, the company was acquired by a major British broadcasting corporation, the largest in the sports industry.

Position Overview

Join a global team of 9 members, including Android developers and testers, reporting to a Team Lead based in Israel. The role involves development in Kotlin and requires a high level of Englis

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in Android Kotlin/Java development.
• At least one app in Google Play.
• Experience with RxJava/RxKotlin development.
• Understanding of design patterns and architectures.
• Extensive knowledge in UI/UX development.
• Verse in 3rd party libraries and solutions.
• Understanding of server-client fundamentals.
• Experience in dependency injection (DI) methodology.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Strong analytical skills.
