Your responsibilities will include driving design innovations, researching feature trends, collaborating with other team members, deciphering economy and usage flaws, and constantly playtesting in pursuit of perfection.

Responsibilities

●     Lead the design efforts to create iconic experiences with a top-tier game feel

●     Identify usage challenges, then work relentlessly to solve them

●     Create mockups and prototypes of new concepts

●     Productively provide and accept feedback on all aspects of game production

●     Clearly document your designs, treating your documents as a superb product and a central source of information

●     Research best practices in competing games and constantly track them

Requirements

●     7+ years of professional game design experience on top-grossing games, or in a variety of genres for mobile F2P games

●     Ability to prioritize tasks, understand production costs and KPI contributions

●     A love and passion for a wide variety of game genres

●     Deep understanding of system design, game balancing, and game economies

●     Understanding game analytics, developing insights based on data to reach educated design decisions

●     Strong presentation and documentation skills with attention to details

●     Excellent and positive communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
