Investor Relations Manager

A leading and discreet family office is expanding and looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our growing team.

Be part of a robust and well-established multi-family office, where you’ll take on a dynamic and pivotal role in supporting high-net-worth families with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with banks, Financial Institutions, legal advisors, tax consultants, and other service providers.
• Manage banking systems and operations both in Israel and internationally.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports for clients.
• Collect, organize, and manage digital documentation and information.
• Maintain and update databases with precision.
• Monitor and review fees and commissions.
• Oversee client onboarding, including coordinating and securing necessary signatures from clients and external parties.
• Support sales teams and back-office operations.
• Manage and oversee transactions and asset portfolios across local and international markets, with a focus on real estate and alternative investments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a family office, hedge fund, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
