IT business partner

We are looking for a IT business partner to join our dynamic team at PassportCard.

you will act as the critical link between our business unit and PassportCard Labs, managing and prioritizing all business requirements while driving innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and the technology division (Labs).
• Collect, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable and prioritized requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiatives, set goals, and align with organizational strategy.
• Manage the development backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
• Resolve conflicts between business users and promote effective collaboration across teams.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Measure and evaluate the value delivered by implemented solutions.

s a key member of the business unit’s leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Requirement

• proven experience in business analysis, product management, or requirements management. (Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is a strong advantage.).
• Background in project management (e.g., PMO, PMP certification), with strong skills in planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with senior management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Information Systems Analysis
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
