Position Overview -

We are seeking an experienced product manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Kompass platform. In this role, you will lead the development and launch of a new product within the platform, scheduled for release later this year. We’re looking for a visionary PM who can drive this product’s success and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Your Ownership Will Include

• Drive the full lifecycle of a new Kubernetes product, from concept to launch, ensuring the product’s market positioning is optimized and continuously evolves to achieve product market fit.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy, and define the KPIs to measure progress against them
• Create and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, resources, and market trends, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and customer needs
• Collaborate cross functionally and work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define requirements, specifications, and timelines
• Meet with global customers and end users to obtain a /deep understanding of their pain points and validate assumptions
• Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully managing technical products – MUST
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams within an agile development environment, with the ability to inspire, influence, and align diverse teams across all organizational levels
• A passion for innovation, a relentless hunger for achieving excellence, and the drive to motivate others toward shared success
• A deep commitment to delivering products that delight customers and create lasting value
• Exceptional communication skills in both Hebrew and English
