Senior Systems Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead the design and implementation of a new module for managing teaching fellowship candidates within our existing HR system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify a comprehensive module for managing teaching fellowship candidates
• Create detailed business and technical requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration
• Oversee development and testing phases through production
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of systems analysis experience in .NET and web environments
• Strong background in ERD and Object-Oriented analysis
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Proven track record with large-scale systems and extensive databases
• Previous experience with HR/Payroll systems
• Web development background
• Advanced Excel skills
