Financial Assistant

🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Thursday (office-based), minimum 20 hours per week. Additional hours around month-end (can be remote).

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented Financial Assistant with QuickBooks expertise to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Raise invoices and manage receipts/payments.

• Use Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

• Communicate with suppliers and clients about invoices and payments.
