Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Administrator at Modellama in Raanana. The Support Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with SQL
• Knowledge of predictive technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
