👉We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer  to lead our R&D Team

with a strong engineering background in designing and building mission-critical systems, ideally in algorithmic-based domains.

that has expertise in .NET, C#, and hands-on experience in system architecture, real-time applications, or high-performance computing.

If you also have experience with computer vision, C++ for high-performance applications, and a history of working on mission-critical systems, that will make you ideal.

🗝️​Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, driving technical direction and ensuring project success 
• Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using .NET, C#, and C++
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and establish best practices to maintain high coding standards 
• Drive innovation by solving complex technical problems and optimizing system performance and reliability
• Ensure the development and deployment of mission-critical systems, meeting performance, scalability, and reliability requirements 
•  Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and balance competing demands to meet business objectives
•  Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and collaboration within the team

Qualifications: 

✅ MUST HAVE Experience: 

+ Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building critical systems ( at least 5 years)

+ Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and C++ 

+ Track record of working in companies focused on algorithmic-based systems

+ 2 years experience as team lead

✅MUST HAVE Technical Skills: 

+ Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices

+ Strong coding and debugging skills

+ Experience with real-time systems, high-performance computing, or similar fields

✅ Soft Skills: 

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
