Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to establish D-PRO as the premier provider of SAP enhancement solutions. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be crucial in communicating our value proposition to SAP-centric enterprises worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that position D-PRO as a thought leader in the SAP ecosystem
- Create compelling narratives around our SAP products and solutions portfolio
- Lead brand development focusing on our expertise in SAP enhancement and workflow optimization
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI metrics with a focus on the enterprise SAP market
Marketing Operations
- Oversee marketing initiatives targeting SAP users and decision-makers
- Develop targeted campaigns for different segments of the SAP market
- Create content that demonstrates our deep SAP expertise and solution benefits
- Establish metrics to track marketing performance in the enterprise software space
Product Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate with Product teams to articulate the unique value proposition of each SAP solution
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new SAP product launches
- Create compelling messaging that highlights ROI and business benefits of our solutions
- Design programs to generate qualified leads within the SAP ecosystem
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a marketing team with strong enterprise software expertise
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams
- Drive thought leadership in SAP-related topics and industry trends
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software/SAP solutions
- Proven track record marketing to SAP customers and enterprises
- Experience in product marketing for technical B2B solutions
- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem and enterprise software market
- Demonstrated success in building marketing strategies for complex technical products
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of enterprise software and SAP market dynamics
- Strong technical marketing capabilities for complex solutions
- Excellent ability to translate technical features into business benefits
- Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution
- Outstanding communication skills with technical and business audiences
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- SAP certifications or related technical certifications are a plus
