System Integration Engineer

ELTA Systems is hiring an experienced Integration Engineer to work in the detection and interception domain.

What will you do:

• Manage validation processes, development tests, production, and system deployment for radar systems, from assembly hall completion to client delivery.
• Provide client support during the warranty period and perform system upgrades domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate in team-based work, including hands-on tasks in integration areas within the division and offsite.
• Travel abroad as required.
• Lead the integration team in executing system integration tasks through to client delivery.
• Possess technical proficiency to write and document test procedures in English.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent Engineering Technician certification – Mandatory.
• At least two years of experience integrating multi-disciplinary systems – Mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues – Mandatory.
• Technical experience with radar systems at maintenance levels A and B – Significant Advantage.
• High-level English proficiency – Mandatory.
• Willingness to work intensively, sometimes performing physical tasks at test and integration sites.
• Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to report process updates to supervisors.
