Customer Support Specialist

Vitre.io is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Support Specialist to manage our customer support operations through Zendesk. This entry-level role is ideal for a student or junior professional eager to develop their skills in customer service and problem-solving within a dynamic environment. 😊

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring timely and professional communication.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.

3. Maintain an organized and up-to-date ticketing system by categorizing, prioritizing, and closing tickets.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew/English

2. Tech-savvy with the ability to use Zendesk, SQL, Jira

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
