Responsibilities

Partnering in defining the product's vision and building a strategic roadmap.

Managing the product lifecycle: defining and continuously improving product requirements, features, and user experiences based on market analysis and user needs.

Leading and mentoring a team of product managers to achieve organizational goals.

Overseeing development teams and prioritizing business objectives.

Collaborating with various departments, including development, design, business strategy, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful implementation of the product roadmap.

Driving cross-functional initiatives with units such as risk management, legal advisory, and compliance.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Product Lead for a large-scale product in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Expertise in mobile applications and user experience (UX/UI).

Proven experience designing and implementing digital sales processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of overseeing complex projects.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, data analysis capabilities, and trend recognition.

Technical background: solid understanding of development processes and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
