Cloud Full Stack Team Leader

A successful cyber security company is looking for a Cloud Full Stack Team Leader

Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal)| Full-time | One day a week from home

Role responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
• Collaborate with product teams, UX designers, and other R&D teams.
• Take full ownership of key platform areas, including code quality, time estimations, production deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years of experience managing full-stack teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-side development using React.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in server-side development with Java.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing web applications.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
• Proficiency in Linux environments and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, effort estimation, and scheduling.

Advantages:

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
