Software Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Software Project Manager to join to lead an RT software project at ELTA Systems.

What will you do:

• Gaining a system-wide and technical understanding of project scope.
• Coordinating a cross-functional team in various software domains.
• Supporting and addressing the needs of internal and external company clients.
• Managing Agile workflows.

What we're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of proven experience managing software projects with domestic and international clients – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in C++ – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile development and management methodologies – an advantage.
• Experience with GIT and JIRA – mandatory.
• Background in defense systems, with a preference for radar systems – an advantage.
• Experience in software/hardware integration – an advantage.
