System Engineering Team Lead

Mishgav division in ELTA is hiring a system engineering team leader for a highly innovative and challenging project.

What will you do:

• Managing the engineering aspect of the project, POC for management and clients.

• Project management from development to execution.

• Leading a team of 5-6 system engineers and matrix management of multidisciplinary teams.

• Work with internal groups in IAI and Israeli and foreign clients.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in electrical and electronics engineering/physics/aeronautics - mandatory

• 5 years of experience in system engineering - mandatory

• Experience in leading a team - mandatory

• Great proficiency in English - writing, reading, and speaking - mandatory

• 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in radar systems - a significant advantage.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems - advantage.

• Experience working with MATLAB/PYTHON - advantage.

• Experience with security / operational systems - advantage.
