About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Admin and Office Coordinator who will help with the day to day HR tasks and office tasks. This role will be a maternity leave cover (for approximately 6-8months) with the potential to become a permanent position within the company. We are aiming to build a team that is very results-driven and shares a get-it-done mentality. In order to fit the role, you should be a team player at heart who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
On the HR side you will mostly:
- Review resumes
- Perform the initial candidates screening
- Schedule on-site interviews
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding employees
- Help with renewal of employees benefits - including medical
- HR related tasks
On the Office Management side you will mostly:
- Sending invoices to our bookkeeper
- Coordinating team activities and welfare related events
- Ordering office supplies and groceries
- Dealing and coordinating with vendors
What do you need to bring:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, time management skills
- Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
- Can do it attitude, willing to improve processes, high sense of ownership
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
