About the Role

Join our MSSP team as a SOAR Specialist, where you will design and implement advanced playbooks and automations that elevate our SOC’s capabilities. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our XSIAM-driven SOC, ensuring seamless automation and integration across tools and platforms to provide unmatched security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize playbooks and automation workflows for our MSSP operations.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune workflows to enhance SOC performance.
• Drive innovation in security operations and managed services by leveraging automation.
• Train SOC analysts and provide documentation for new workflows and tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Hands-on with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM or similar platforms.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, working with APIs and Cloud vendors (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
• Knowledge: Incident lifecycle management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Bonus: DevOps expertise.
