K4 Brands, founded in 2016, is a lean, vertical company specializing in developing consumer goods brands and marketing them globally on major e-commerce platforms. This role is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your Marketing Data Analysis skills in a dynamic environment, working alongside a dedicated and talented team.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Collaboration:
- Perform in-depth market research, Define relevant issues, Analyze multiple types of date to provide unique insights
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various channels and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Marketing, Design, BI, Product, and Content teams to enhance products performance.
- Research new opportunities and identify trends within paid search and social channels to expand capabilities.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Develop and implement processes for effective data management.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and analyze the effectiveness of A/B tests to improve marketing KPIs.
- Analyze and optimize marketplace products profit performance - Impact entire brand's bottom line
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing Paid Advertising / SEO / Ecommerce market research.
- Proven ability to drive effective results across a range of campaign portfolios.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Deep understanding of web and conversion tracking on both mobile and desktop.
- Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset; ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and implement actions.
- Collaborative, reliable, and transparent work ethic.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) – an advantage.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 – an advantage.
- B.Sc. or B.A. degree – an advantage.
- Experience in advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) – an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce – an advantage.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central – an advantage.
Job Scope:
- Full-time position based in our central Tel Aviv office (flexible hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week from home).
- Availability to address urgent issues on weekends as needed
