Your expertise in electronics manufacturing will be crucial as you work to enhance product reliability and maintain strict quality standards through effective partnerships with suppliers and manufacturing services.

You will lead initiatives to optimize QA processes throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and overseeing audits. Additionally, you will manage a dedicated team of professionals, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

**Requirements:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Quality Management.

- 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically with electronic products (hardware/software).

- In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing and supplier quality management.

- Proven experience in creating and managing QA teams.

- Required: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.

- Advantageous: Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar fields.

- Technical expertise in PCBA, assembly, testing, and compliance standards.

- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

- Knowledge of safety and standards like UL, CE, Functional Safety, ROHS.**🌟
