As our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading the development, launch, and scale of new ventures. You will collaborate closely with leadership, transforming high-potential opportunities into successful offerings and driving the company’s growth into its next exciting chapter.

A Day In Your Life

• Incubation and Execution
• Lead end-to-end development of new ventures, from concept to launch.
• Manage cross-functional teams, secure resources, and oversee execution.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives
• Validate and lead strategic initiatives aligned with company vision.
• Launch new products, expand into markets, or improve operational efficiency.
• Innovation and Business Development
• Generate creative business ideas, including new products and services.
• Develop business plans, go-to-market strategies, and financial models.
• Ensure internal alignment and secure resources to launch and scale initiatives.
• Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct research to validate ideas based on customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decisions.
• Leadership and Collaboration
• Mentor teams across departments, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to drive alignment on initiatives.
• Take ownership of high-impact projects and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.
• Performance Tracking
• Define, track, and report KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior leader in tech.
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling products or businesses.
• Independent, self-starter approach with strong execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Background in R&D, product management, or business development.
