Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to manage a testing team responsible for CRM systems. This role involves direct managerial reporting to the CRM Domain Manager and professional reporting to the QA Domain Manager. You will engage with various interfaces, colleagues, and senior managers across the organization.

The position includes direct employee management, leading testing processes, developing test strategies, and ensuring the quality of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct management of QA team members, including mentoring and professional guidance.
• Training, onboarding, and skill development for new employees and team members.
• Fostering a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
• Planning workloads, task allocation, and knowledge sharing to ensure efficient team operations.
• Monitoring and enhancing team performance to meet professional and managerial goals.
• Ensuring the quality of test outputs, proactive improvement initiatives, and documentation.
• Acting as Tier 1 support for testing methodologies, problem resolution, and issue escalation.
• Overseeing test planning, execution, and defect documentation to meet team standards.
• Preparing and presenting test statuses and actively participating in departmental processes.
• Hands-on involvement in test execution alongside team members.
• Close collaboration with the QA Domain Manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing a QA team with 5+ members – mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in QA testing for both Client & Server environments – mandatory.
• Experience in QA testing for complex, data-rich, and integrative systems (API) – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading QA teams in significant or complex projects – mandatory.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems – advantage.
• Experience with automated testing – advantage.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL) – advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics CRM – advantage.
• Previous work in large organizations – advantage.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman or SoapUI – advantage.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, types, and levels, including writing test plans and debugging.
• Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing issues.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile (Scrum) environments.
