What will your job look like:

• Management of a team of 4 Product Managers
• Oversight of ongoing product management, including:

* Leading research of operational work processes among end users

* Writing specifications to optimize existing and new work processes

* Feature specification based on learned processes

* Designing User Stories for Backend/Frontend development and defining UX/UI processes

* Providing comprehensive technological solutions for schemas, DB, and algorithms

* Bug management and approval of feature development completion

* Ongoing work with users and implementation of solutions for customers

All you need is:

• Academic degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
• At least 5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager/Owner in the defense/military sector
• Minimum of 2 years of team management experience
• Experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in product management
• Previous experience in designing User Stories for Backend/Frontend development and defining UX/UI processes
• Full-time position in central Israel, On Site
• Willingness to obtain security clearance. Valid civilian security clearance is an advantage
