As Director of Program Management for the Pre-Silicon R&D team you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all program management activities to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the VP of Program Management.

Requirements:

• Must: 5-10 years of experience in Program Management in a Silicon industry
• Must: Extensive knowledge of silicon and software development processes
• Must: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders effectively
• Must: Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, advanced roadmaps, PowerBI, and MS-Project
• Experience in implementing cross-company changes and adherence to ISO 26262 and ASPICE or similar standards
• Proven ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and risk management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP certification is a plus
• Experience and comfort in a start-up environment
• Experience in KPI creation, dashboard definition, and creation using PowerBI tools
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and the ability to direct development teams to use different methodologies based on needs
• Ability to influence and build trust within a matrix organization

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day project planning and execution for the pre-silicon R&D team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure project alignment and success
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve cross-functional issues to ensure project progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Develop and maintain project tracking documents, communications, and presentations
• Drive timely customer deliverables and look for areas of improvement across the company's teams
• Influence and build trust with team members, driving changes and improvements without direct authority
• Implement and manage program management methodologies, directing development teams to use different methodologies based on project needs
• Lead the implementation of cross-company changes and ensure adherence to ISO 26262 and ASPICE or similar standards
• Create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports using PowerBI tools
• Administer Atlassian tools and ensure effective use within the team
