Required Qualifications

5+ years systems analysis experience with GIS and operational systems
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Geography, Urban Planning, or related field
Systems Analyst certification
2+ years web development experience
Expert in urban planning systems: land use, construction permits, infrastructure, 3D modeling
