Quality Assurance Associate Manager – Global Cosmetics Company (3251)

Are you passionate about quality assurance and eager to make an impact in a global environment? We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Associate Manager to support global quality operations in a cosmetics company.

This role focuses on operational quality activities, including supplier management, complaint handling, corrective actions, and the development of SOPs, all in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Oversee complaints, corrective actions, qualifications, and performance evaluations.
• Corrective Actions: Ensure effective implementation and tracking of CAPAs.
• SOP Development: Create and maintain global procedures and align internal processes with quality policies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate QA records and compile comprehensive quality reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and the Head of QA on strategic projects and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–5 years of quality experience in food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
• Proficiency in GMP, ISO, and related standards.
• Expertise in supplier quality management, audits, CAPAs, and complaint resolution.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
