Vice President of Business Development for Agriculture Seeds start-up- 3150

Job Description:

• Conducting research on new fields and projects relevant to the company.
• Market analysis and providing recommendations on whether to pursue specific areas and industries.
• Strategic consulting for the company's CEO, including assistance in shaping the overall growth strategy and managing annual strategic planning.
• Executing and implementing the company's strategy, including managing client relations and future collaborations.
• Supporting and assisting in the development of contracts and business processes, including fundraising efforts and preparing materials for the company’s board of directors.
• Identifying opportunities for product commercialization, working closely with the company’s development team to drive market penetration of potential products and expansion into various territories.
• Assisting the CEO in pricing strategies and related decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in life sciences or other relevant field such as agriculture.
• Experience in a business development position in the agriculture sector Especially in the Seeds sector- a must
• Familiar with the agriculture industry needs (e.g., regulations).
• Strong strategic abilities, intellect, business acumen, and commercial experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of effectively simplifying complex scientific concepts and communicating them to scientific and business audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel abroad as may be needed from time to time (20%).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to complete missions at high velocity.
