Payroll Specialist (Israel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Preparation: Managing the preparation of salaries for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Regulatory Reporting: Reporting to authorities and maintaining a direct interface connection with pension companies
• Wage Orders and Employment Agreements: Preparing wage orders and ensuring compliance with employee employment agreements
• International Payroll Coordination: Facilitating the transfer of salary data for employees abroad
• Employee Offboarding: Overseeing the handling of deal terminations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Attendance Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling employee attendance records
• Quarterly Reporting: Closing quarterly reports and liabilities (including leave, recovery, and compensation) and producing accurate, current reports
• Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Responsibility for generating all required reports to authorities, including forms 101, 106, and 126

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years as a payroll accountant is mandatory
• Certified payroll accountant — mandatory
• Strong command of English — mandatory
• Proven experience in calculating wages for shifts — mandatory
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Good understanding of labor law
• Proficiency in office software
• High attention to detail, accuracy, organizational ability, and control
