About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who has an eye for exceptional talent. We will provide you with the best tools and practices in order to bring the best in the industry and support our continuous growth. By attracting, maintaining and selecting top candidates, this position will allow you to directly influence the way Riverside will look like in the future.

Responsibilities

• :Manage the full-cycle E2E recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and making job offers
• .Analyze the entire recruitment funnel in order to identify bottlenecks and expedite recruitment processes
• .Partner with hiring managers, being their focal point and trusted advisors
• .Keep an eye on talent market trends and provide valuable insights for decision makers

Requirement

• s:In-house talent acquisition experience from a tech company, preferably SaaS (bonus points for fast-paced start-up experienc
• e)Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market tren
• dsExperience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, HR interviews and job offers
