About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Radical Ideas House. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with our audience, recruiting and retaining thousands of members, managing our community groups and CRM, and organizing and managing 3 events per week.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community engagement, project management, and working directly with the audience
• Event planning and coordination skills
