Junior Graphic Designer- Temporary Position (6 Months)

We're looking for a junior graphic designer who loves books and is eager to join our internationally successful digital publishing house!

Role Description:

This is a temporary position for a six-month, full-time role in our offices in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with a possible extension at the end of the contract. 

As our in-house graphic designer, you will be working with our creative and editorial staff in analyzing the global publishing market, prepare our books for print, and of course – create beautiful covers for our fiction and non-fiction books.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Format print and ebooks

·        Design book covers

·        Design social media ads

·        Manage routine communication with authors

Requirements:

·        Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·        Strong creative abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics and details

·        Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team

·        Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

Bonus point if you have:

·        Strong spoken and written English skills

·        Experience in illustration

·        A love for books and familiarity with the publishing industry.
