Senior Product Designer

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a senior product designer who is excited about creating futuristic implementations of AI, complexity and simplification, and design craft while not losing sight on the design thinking. You need to be able to lead all the product design processes, from research to execution and will have a lot of room for influence.

What You Will be Doing:

• Envision and define the design direction for current and future products.
• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and ideation to detailed execution and delivery.
• Design intuitive and innovative UI/UX solutions for web-based and cross-platform products.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs to align with market needs and user expectations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented during development.
• Drive product discovery initiatives alongside the team, focusing on solving user pain points and uncovering opportunities for innovation in implemention of behavioral genetics and generative AI.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record with 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably at the senior level.
• Technical Skills: Mastery in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Generative AI design tools. Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms is essential.
• UX Expertise: Proficiency in key interaction and UX design domains, including information architecture, design systems, workflows, and crafting seamless micro-interactions.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze product-market fit and contribute to strategic decisions that shape product design direction.
• Startup Mindset: Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to contribute to a high-growth startup culture with a self-starter attitude and a passion for innovation.
