The role’s Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Management Team Lead to oversee

and guide a dynamic team in managing and optimizing web-based campaigns. This role

involves strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of online campaigns across

multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team,

with members located in both Israel and Argentina. You will ensure smooth collaboration,

effective communication, and high-performance standards, while aligning campaign goals with

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a diverse team of campaign managers across multiple regions.

● Develop and execute strategies to optimize web-based campaigns.

● Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

● Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between team members in Israel and

Argentina.

● Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring timely and successful

delivery.

● Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, fostering relationships with SSPs

and industry partners while leveraging expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem to

build trust and position the company well in the market.

Previous experience:

● Experience in display web monetization in front of SSPs (at least 2 years).

● Experience managing a team.

● Experiences in analyzing buying behavior and data reports.

● Full business proficiency in English.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
