Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role oversees the entire partnership strategy, ensuring the recruitment, success, and technical teams are aligned to drive measurable growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key partners and turning WiseStamp’s ecosystem into a significant revenue engine.

- You have extensive experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- You are a proven leader with strong team management skills and experience aligning cross-functional teams.
- You have a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- You thrive in creating and executing partnership roadmaps while balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong, lasting relationships with partners.
- You are highly organized and analytical, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure partner success.
- You are creative, proactive, and a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to accelerate growth through partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports WiseStamp’s revenue and growth goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual success.
- Oversee the recruitment and success of partners, driving engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem through new channels, integrations, and alliances.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing the performance and productivity of partner programs.
- Establish KPIs and track partner success, delivering regular reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent WiseStamp in partner meetings, events, and presentations, showcasing our value and solutions.
