We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead. You will be a key

technological leader and hands-on contributor throughout the entire development

lifecycle of our products. You will drive innovation and take ownership from the initial

concept through to production deployment.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the Full Software Development Lifecycle: Architect, plan, design,

develop, test, deploy, and maintain our software products, ensuring

robustness and scalability.

 Hands-On Development: Lead by example with active involvement in

coding, debugging, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

 Establish Technical Standards: Create a framework of technical standards

and procedures to guide the development process.

 Implement Agile Practices: Utilize Agile methodologies, to manage and

optimize the development process and workflow.

 Mentor and Guide Team Members: Conduct regular code reviews, provide

mentorship, and assist with troubleshooting to foster a high-performing team.

 Oversee Software Quality: Ensure the quality and performance of our

systems through regular assessments and enhancements.

 Collaborating with UX/UI: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

incorporate user-centric features and modern UI/UX principles tailored to user

needs.

Requirements:

 Server-side development and planning using Node.js.

At least 5 years of experience in Node.js development - mandatory.

 Client-side development and planning using React.

At least 5 years of experience in React development - mandatory.

Experience in Angular (bonus)

Proven experience with Umbraco - mandatory.

 Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.

 Designing and implementing internal and external APIs. Experience with

RESTful APIs.

 Strong familiarity with CI/CD processes and repository management tools like

Git.

 Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday).

 Experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS)

 Proven experience in designing and working with SQL databases.

 Experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms such

as Docker and Kubernetes

 Team player with strong self-management and multitasking abilities.

 A can-do attitude with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
