Collections Manager

We are seeking a professional Collections Manager to lead and manage the collections function on a global scale. The role includes professional oversight of collection teams in Israel and abroad, working in collaboration with accounting managers across all group companies

Key Responsibility's

• Professional management of collection processes across all group companies locally and internationally
• Analysis of aging reports and development of action plans
• Building and implementing effective workflows to improve collections
• Personal handling of complex and significant collection cases
• Preparation of status reports and recommendations for management
• Working with law firms in Israel and abroad
• Development and implementation of KPIs and BI reports for monitoring collection performance

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in collections, including global collection experience - mandatory
• Previous management experience in collections - mandatory
• Experience working with law firms and legal collections - mandatory
• Deep understanding of accounting processes and their interaction with collections
• High level English proficiency - mandatory
• Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency
• Experience with BI systems - advantage
• Relevant degree - advantage
