• Support company employees globally in different locations.
• Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure and critical applications.
• Work closely with our CISO consultant. Handle system troubleshooting, updates, and security configurations.
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of all IT systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Manage hardware and software procurement and installation.
• Suggest and implement improvements to optimize system performance.
  

• Up to 3-4 years experience in similar roles (Help desk/System Administrator/IT manager).
• Experience as a one-man-show sole IT professional managing comprehensive IT operations - a must. Preferably in a startup.
• Proficiency with Windows/Mac environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS).
• Experience working with multiple systems and frameworks (e.g., Active Directory, virtualization platforms, CI/CD tools, etc.).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (e.g., SAML, OAuth, or ADFS).
• Network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
