We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Division VP, this role focuses on managing sales processes, analyzing data, and driving cross-functional projects to optimize sales operations and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance sales operations and workflow efficiency.
• Extract, analyze, and present sales data to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement streamlined work processes to optimize team performance.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to adopt new tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
• Develop and refine measurement and control tools to track and improve sales outcomes.
• Create professional presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a similar role involving project management, sales operations, or process optimization.
• Proven ability to extract actionable insights from data and present them effectively.
• Experience in designing and improving workflows and sales processes.
• Strong capability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable results.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct training and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advantage: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and methodologies.
