We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP Operations to join our dynamic team and oversee critical departments, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery to our B2B Clients.
Position Overview
As the VP Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the following
departments:
1. Technical Support – Ensuring timely and high-quality support to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction.
2. Project Management Overseeing project lifecycles, from implementation to delivery, ensuring that client requirements are met on time with high quality delivery.
3. Success Management – Driving client success strategies, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring clients stands with company compliance policy.
You will play a key role in aligning operations with business objectives, improving processes, and maintaining the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in the Fintech industry.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage the Technical Support, Project Management, and Success Management teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations across all managed departments.
- Collaborate with 3 rd party providers and conduct market research to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of company technological solutions tailored to their needs.
- Create & Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive team performance through coaching, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
Requerments:
- 8 years’ experience in a leadership role within a SaaS company, with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Solid experience in the Forex industry with a deep understanding of brokerage operations and client needs.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their implementation in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on clientsatisfaction and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scaling operations for a growing SaaS company.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the trading industry.
