Quality Assurance Tester

Manual QA Tester (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester. In this role, you’ll collaborate with development, design, and product teams to plan and execute thorough testing to ensure product quality and usability.

We are a Remote software company specializing in SaaS solutions and services for SMBs. Our diverse product offerings include a digital course platform, CRM, WordPress apps, and no-code tools such as Zapier and Make integrations. As a QA Tester, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, identifying edge cases, and enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for user testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing.

Document and report issues clearly in both English and Hebrew.

Identify, document, and report issues raised by users and stakeholders, such as the support team.

Perform regression and sanity testing as needed.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2+ years in software testing.

Experience in testing APIs, webhooks, and SaaS products, including B2B2C and B2B SaaS environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly to product changes and roadmap updates.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

Advantageous Skills:

Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA).

Experience in email marketing and no-code tools, which are critical for understanding and testing integrations that enhance user workflows and automation capabilities.
