Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to ensure alignment between their business needs and advanced technological solutions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with GIS and IT experts to plan, design, and deliver state-of-the-art GIS systems and services.
• Project Leadership: Oversee complex projects, including process analysis, system specification, and successful implementation.
• Technical Consultation: Provide clients with professional guidance to maximize the impact of our solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Experience: Proven expertise in GIS, BI, data, or software solutions.
• Project Management and Client-Facing Skills: Prior experience in customer success management or project management is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Technological Proficiency: Experience with technologies such as databases, proxies, Kubernetes, user authentication systems (e.g., AD/LDAP), storage solutions, and design tools like Visio.
• Passion for Learning: A proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and implementing innovative solutions.
