Responsibilities:

• Defining and building product documentation during development stages.
• Managing the transition process from development to mass production, including planning production lines, cost analysis, and supplier management.
• Engineering leadership for products: managing projects from prototype to serial production.
• Defining and specifying manufacturing and testing requirements – developing custom test equipment and jigs for approval processes.
• Collaborating with clients and cross-organizational teams.

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory; Master's degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage.
• Experience in mechanical design of complex, multidisciplinary systems – mandatory.
• Proven experience in transitioning products from development to production – managing projects from design and prototyping to serial production.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and ability to read technical drawings.
