Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Manager role located in Haifa at max. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, setting team goals, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and ensuring high performance and productivity levels within the team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive team success and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of digital payments and financial technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in project management is a plus
