DevOps Engineer

Solargik is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team!

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Services, and modern CI/CD practices. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, and strong communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, leveraging services such as Azure DevOps, AKS, Storage, Networking, and Monitoring.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including Helm charts, scaling, and monitoring.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across infrastructure and processes.
• Utilize logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, the ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor to enhance observability.
• Apply containerization tools like Docker and manage Azure IoT Edge or Azure IoT Hub for IoT solution deployment.

What will YOU bring with you? (Requirements)

• 3+ years in a DevOps or similar role with expertise in Kubernetes and Azure Cloud Services.
• Proficiency in version control workflows and practices with GitHub.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and containerization tools.
• Programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
