What You´ll Do

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and presentations to track progress and identify opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including digital and offline initiatives.
• Manage customer and product databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide administrative support for the division’s overall operations, including coordination of meetings, reporting, and other operational needs.
• Act as a point of contact with regional and global marketing teams to align local efforts with global strategies.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or analytical support role.
• Experience in the adhesives or industrial sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams.
