Our client, a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup, is seeking an experienced and versatile financial and operation Manager to join their team in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities
As a financial & Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s success by managing a diverse set of responsibilities across operations, legal, finance, HR, and office management:
Operations
- Streamlining workflows to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Leading initiatives to optimize processes and adopt new technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to align operations with strategic goals.
Legal
- Coordinating with the legal team to ensure compliance and manage contracts.
Office Management
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities, including office maintenance, welfare, supplies, and equipment.
Finance
- Managing payroll communications and handling financial operations, including invoices, client billing, and banking relationships.
- Leading financial planning, budget adjustments, and monthly expense reviews.
HR
- Designing and executing structured interview and recruitment processes.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Supporting payroll processes, including for U.S.-based employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operations management role, preferably within a startup or high-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with legal and financial workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience with HR processes and office administration.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Airtable, and BambooHR.
Nice to Haves
- Background in finance or law.
- Experience managing U.S. payroll systems and regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Rothschild Blvd)
