The opportunity:

We are looking for a sharp and talented Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team!

In this high-impact role, your goal will be to provide comprehensive legal support to various departments worldwide by taking a strategic and collaborative approach. You will report to the company's Vice President of Legal Affairs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate a wide variety of partner and vendor agreements, including software licenses, SaaS Agreements, NDAs and more
• Monitor and provide internal guidance on company-wide policies and procedures
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, and legal processes
• Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis
  
  

• Law Degree
• Licensed to practice in Israel
• 2 + years of experience working as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company
• English- fluent/ native level, with superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
• Strong negotiation skills
• Service-oriented person
• Experience in technology agreements (licensing, SaaS, etc.) and other commercial transactions - advantage
