PMO- (part-time 50%)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Contractor to join our Global Services Team, which includes Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support, on a part-time (50%) basis.

The PMO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the organization by providing support in reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, cross-functional project management, process optimization, methodologies, enforcement, training, and strategic planning. In addition, providing back-office support for managing customer-related enterprise projects, including budget management, escalations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Project Back-Office Support:

• Provide back-office support for large-scale enterprise projects, including: Budget management, Escalation management, Reporting and documentation
• Support contract management, including SOW (Statements of Work) and change request tracking.
  
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project performance, resource utilization, revenue forecasting, and operational metrics for Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams.
  
  

• Lead cross-functional projects to support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems across the Global Services team.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance) and across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
  
  

• Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across all Global Services functions.
• Define and enforce standardized methodologies, templates, and best practices for project management, onboarding, customer success playbooks, and support workflows.
  
  

• Develop and deliver training programs for project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to the needs of Professional Services
  
  

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on capacity planning, resource management, and operational improvements.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities, ensuring alignment with business goals for each team.
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation within Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, PMO, or similar roles within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PMO certification (preferred).
• Proven track record in reporting, KPI tracking, project management, and process optimization.
• Experience with tools such as PSA platforms, Customer Success platforms, and BI tools.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of project management frameworks
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and customer support KPIs
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
  
  

• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with eQMS or other quality management systems.
