Virtual Reality Software Engineer

Company Description

The Sharp Lab at Bar-Ilan University is a lab in the Neuroscience and Psychology departments that models the computations underlying planning and their disruption in mental health disorders. The purpose of this ad is to find an experienced VR software engineer to help us build cognitive tasks in a VR environment with stimuli that are more emotionally engaging than typical cognitive task settings. We will be using SOTA hardware, including the Somnium VR1 headset powered by the upcoming 5090-series NVIDIA GPUs.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site or remote role for a Virtual Reality Software Engineer at Bar-Ilan University. The Virtual Reality Software Engineer will be responsible for developing virtual reality and augmented reality software, working on software development projects, and contributing to virtual reality technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) skills
• Experience in Virtual Reality Development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
