In this role, you will:
- Lead Management: Collect, filter, and route qualified leads to the sales team using advanced systems.
- Sales Material Preparation: Create compelling presentations, tailor-made proposals, contracts, and more.
- Sales Opportunity Tracking: Maintain up-to-date CRM records (Monday.com), analyze data, and generate reports.
- Technical Support: Assist the sales team in addressing technical inquiries from potential clients.
- Client Management: Independently manage a portfolio of smaller clients.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes using technological tools, including developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Sales Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend improvements.
- Sales Tool Development: Create tools, templates, and standardized documents to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
- Sales Team Training: Train the team on new products, internal processes, and effective use of technological tools.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on campaign creation, lead generation, and sales process improvement.
